MJ has provided services for some of New York’s largest design /
build projects.

MJ has more than a decade of experience providing services through this rapid design and construction delivery process. Our involvement has enabled our team to gain a strong understanding and emphasis on streamlining schedules, cost control, quality assurance, efficient communication, and total team collaboration. Through several design/build projects, our engineers and architects have helped solved complex constructability issues during initial designs. We have been a key team member on several highway, bridge, water and building related projects.

 

MJ has not only participated in the design and quality management of design/build projects but has also assisted state clients with the preparation of design/build proposals and bridging documents. Through this experience, we understand the design/build approach from the perspectives of both the client and contractor.
