New 240-Bed Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Facility Opens in Schenectady
Schenectady County officials gathered at a ribbon-cutting ceremony on Thursday, August 22nd to celebrate the long-awaited opening of the Capital Living Nursing and Rehabilitation Centre's newest residential health care facility. MJ was responsible for all site/civil, survey, permitting and stormwater design services for this new construction project in Schenectady, New York. The 161,000-square-foot facility includes a mix of 240 private and semiprivate units with twin beds, maroon bedding, flat-screen TVs, full bathrooms, chairs and windows. The company has added about two dozen new staff members to its employee roster of more than 300 to help run the larger facility.
