MJ Welcomes Laura L. Fulford, P.E.
MJ is pleased to announce the addition of Laura L. Fulford, P.E. as a team leader in MJ's bridge inspection group. She has over 10 years of experience performing bridge inspections for various NYSDOT and NYSTA projects, including both in-depth and general condition inspections. Ms. Fulford has received her bachelor's degree in civil engineering from Clarkson University and her master's degree in civil engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
