MJ Welcomes Michael J. Pianka
MJ is pleased to announce the addition of Michael J. Pianka as GIS technician II within the firm's Clifton Park office. With extensive knowledge in spatial data and cartography, Mr. Pianka is responsible for maintaining / improving the firm’s GIS, creation of geographic maps and data, analyzing / processing LIDAR data, and incorporating GIS into existing workflows to improve the company's overall productivity. He is experienced in the use of ArcGIS, AutoCAD, and Carlson software. Mr. Pianka is also proficient in Trimble RTK and static GPS data collection. He has earned a bachelor's degree in geography from SUNY New Paltz.
