Brian J. Cooper, PE Celebrates 18th Anniversary at MJ
Congratulations to MJ's Director of Engineering, Brian J. Cooper, PE, who is celebrating his 18th year work anniversary this month! Mr. Cooper is responsible for oversight, mentoring and quality control of MJ's engineering services. He has more than 22 years of experience in civil, site, utility and wastewater treatment projects, as well as QA/QC review. Mr. Cooper is a graduate of Union College.
