MJ Welcomes Craig M. Swayne, P.E.
MJ would like to welcome Craig M. Swayne, P.E. as a project engineer within the firm's Transportation Department. Mr. Swayne is responsible for the detailed development of MJ’s large-scale highway design projects. His experience includes urban and rural highway interchanges, intersection design, traffic management, transportation planning, preparation of alignments, layouts and CAD base alignment plans.
