MJ's Laura Fulford, PE Presents at NYSDOT Annual Bridge Inspectors Meeting

MJ's Laura Fulford, PE presented her knowledge and experience on the subject of "Element Level Inspection: Case Studies" during the 2016 New York State Department of Transportation (NYSDOT) Bridge Inspectors Meeting. The meeting was held in Saratoga on March 8th and 9th. The 400+ person audience was comprised of the NYS bridge inspection community consisting primarily of field personnel who are licensed engineers (PE's), NYSDOT, consultants, Authorities, FHWA and other guests.
