Town of Bethlehem Local Waterfront Redevelopment Program
MJ is assisting the Town of Bethlehem in updating its Local Waterfront Redevelopment Program (LWRP) to address land uses, connections to the river and the transportation system within its 10 miles of Hudson River waterfront. The update will examine a balance of economic development, agricultural uses, residential uses and environmental protection. In addition, the team is updating the Henry Hudson Park Master Plan. MJ is the prime consultant responsible for coordinating the project team, leading public outreach and working closely with the town to meet its LWRP vision while complete required LWRP tasks.
