Zenner Soccer Fields Multi-Use Trail Ribbon Cutting

A ribbon cutting was held on Wednesday, July 26th to celebrate the opening of the Zenner Soccer Fields multi-use trail in the Town of Niskayuna. MJ provided design, survey and construction inspection services on this important community project. The multi-use path includes the design and construction of approximately 1,200 linear feet of 10-foot wide asphalt trail at the Zenner Road Soccer Complex. The path connects to the Mohawk-Hudson Bike-Hike Trail. The success of this projects improves the walking, running and cycling environment by better connecting households in the eastern end of the Town to the Mohawk-Hudson Bike-Hike Trail, which offers spectacular views of the scenic Mohawk and Hudson Rivers. Town officials, General Electric, New York State Department of Transportation, the Capital District Transportation Committee and members of the community were in attendance to celebrate the project completion.
